Restaurant idea
If I ever do a restaurant it will be like this.
The greeter: "Table for how many? ... Certainly .... And would you like a visit at your table for a bit by one of our featured artists, poets, musicians, scientists, film makers or architects tonight? ... Perfect ..."
We would invite local and traveling talent to dine with us, and for a few drinks or desert, we ask them to spend a bit of time with people who opt into a table chat. Other tables are invited to join as well.
